Just your dog! Please make sure they haven't been fed 2 hours before the appointment to avoid any tummy upsets during grooming. If your dog has any medical conditions or is on medication, please let us know when booking.
It depends on the service and your dog's size. A bath & brush for a small dog typically takes 60 minutes, while a full groom for a large breed can take up to 3 hours. You'll see estimated times when booking. We'll call you when your dog is ready.
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the deposit being forfeited. This helps us fill the slot and is fair to all customers.
Yes! We love working with puppies. We offer a special Puppy Introduction Groom designed to make the first grooming experience as positive and stress-free as possible. Puppies should have had their second vaccination before their first visit.
We accept all major credit and debit cards online when booking (powered by Stripe — fully secure). We require a deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due on the day of your appointment. We also accept cash on the day.
Absolutely. We specialise in nervous and anxious dogs. We use a calm, patient approach, taking as long as the dog needs. Please mention your dog's anxiety in the booking notes so we can prepare appropriately. We'll never rush or stress your dog.

Yes, absolutely. You can reschedule any upcoming appointment from your online account up to 48 hours before the booking — just log in, go to My Bookings, and click Amend. If you need to reschedule with less notice, please give us a call on 07494 755736 and we'll do our best to help.
